SHIELD BRINGS SOLID SURFACE BASEBALL LOCKERS TO AMERICA EAST
In 2021, Binghamton Athletics began construction of a brand new, state-of-the-art baseball facility. CSArch and Fawley Bryant were named the architects on the project, and Shield Lockers was tapped to manufacture the lockers.
Shield worked collaboratively with the architect firms and the Binghamton's Athletics to deliver 36 player lockers truly unique to the Bearcats. The lockers feature a solid surface build and a laminate back. Additional features include:
- Digital nameplate with solid surface suround
- Hat and glove storage cubbies
- Integrated HVAC
- Integrated feature lighting
- Hidden lumbar drawer
- Lockbox with digital lock
- Integrated USB and power
- Marine grade vinyl bench seat and backrest
- Soft close ventilated bench drawer
In total, 36 lockers found their new home in the new Binghamton University Baseball Complex, giving the Bearcats a competitive edge for training and recruiting.
