SHIELD BRINGS SOLID SURFACE BASKETBALL LOCKERS TO THE BOILERMAKERS

Since 2019, Purdue had been looking to renovate both their men's and women's basketball locker spaces to be more helpful to the teams as well as more competitive with recruiting. After talks and design meetings, Shield was scouted to create the custom lockers for both of the teams and was ready to take on the challenge.

Completed in 2023, Shield worked collaboratively with Purdue Athletics to bring their vision to life and deliver 18 player lockers truly unique to the Boilermakers and their needs. The lockers feature a solid surface build and a laminate back. Additional features include: 

• Backlit acrylic nameplate
• Soft-close upper storage
• Direct print graphic
• Integrated feature lighting
• Integrated USB + power
• Pull-out shoe rack w/ acrylic shelves
• Ventilated lower bench
• Digital lock + lockbox

SHIELD also created lockers for Purdue's men's basketball team.
