SHIELD BRINGS CUSTOM LOCKER DESIGN TO DIII BASKETBALL

In 2020, Denison University Athletics began renovating the men's basketball locker room at Mitchell Athletic Center. As their first DIII basketball locker, Shield was ready to make an impact in a new space.

Shield worked collaboratively with the university's athletic department to deliver 18 player lockers truly unique to the needs of Denison Big Red basketball. The locker room has a pre-existing wraparound concrete bench that had to be designed around - while unique, it is nothing that Shield can't handle. The lockers feature a solid surface build, laminate back, and double solid surface doors. Additional features include: acrylic player nameplate, routed logo, and integrated USB and power.

In total, 18 lockers found their new home at Mitchell Athletic Center, setting the bar for recovery and recruitment in DIII basketball.
