SHIELD BRINGS SOLID SURFACE FOOTBALL LOCKERS TO THE ACC

In 2021, Florida State University Athletics began renovating the football locker room at Doak Campbell Stadium. Populous was named the Architect, and Shield Lockers was tapped to manufacture the lockers.

Shield worked collaboratively with Populous and the university’s athletic department to deliver 125 player lockers truly unique to the needs of Seminoles football. All locker designs feature a full solid surface build.

Additional features include:

• Parallel lift upper storage with helmet and shoulder pad mount
• Custom cut, routed and color-infilled side panels
• Direct print logo
• Marine-grade vinyl seat cushion and backrest
• Drink holders
• Hidden compartment with lockbox with digital lock
• Integrated lighting
• Integrated USB, power, and inductive charger
• Ventilated soft-close bench drawer

 In total, 125 lockers found their new home at Doak Campbell Stadium, giving the Seminoles a competitive edge for training and recruitment.
