Chase Center, developed by Mortenson Construction, is a world-class arena situated on an 11-acre site in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. Privately financed by the NBA's Golden State Warriors, the project enabled the Warriors to consolidate their arena, practice facility, and basketball operations offices under one roof. The development also includes two office buildings, 100,000 square feet of mixed-use space, and underground parking. Designed to meet market demands, Chase Center includes a variety of premium spaces, including club suites, courtside lounges, theater boxes, and premium lounges. This long-term vision helped drive a significant return on investment. Creating an iconic locker to embody the storied history of Golden State is a tall order, but Shield Lockers came to play.
