SHIELD BRINGS SOLID SURFACE Z-STYLE LOCKERS TO THE LONGHORNS

In 2021, Shield was scouted to create lockers for the The University of Texas at Austin Longhorns. The Moody Center needed rowing, coaches and z-style lockers and the Longhorns wanted solid storage options that would be durable enough for the athletes needs. 

Completed in 2022, Shield worked collaboratively with the Longhorns and Gensler to bring z-style, rowing and coaches lockers into the Moody Center to allow players and staff to have updated spaces with aesthetics to match. The Z-Style lockers are made of acrylic solid surface and include a digital lock.

The coach lockers are created from solid surface and have other features including;

• Etched logo
• Soft-close upper storage
• Inside drawer
• Digital lock
• Passive ventilation
